The London Programme for Specialist Leaders in Behaviour and Attendance is a certificated programme which builds on the success of the NPSLBA ( The National Strategy B&A leadership programme) to provide a reflective learning model to develop understanding and skills in the leadership of Behaviour and Attendance. While led by the National Strategies, the NPSLBA became an established route for professionals working in schools and Local Authorities with over 9000 participants nationally since 2005. The LPSLBA is coordinated by a Pan London group made up of Local Authority representatives and independent consultants, all of whom have considerable experience with the programme, as local leads for the NPSLBA, moderators and all of whom have been involved in the development of the programme. The NPSLBA has grown into a dynamic learning model which we wish to continue, to ensure that work in the field of behaviour and attendance is recognised and supported. We are committed to developing the programme through our collaborative working. The Programme will be certificated by the University of Middlesex We are able to offer accreditation options at Masters level of 30 or 60 credits through Middlesex. We are recruiting now for Sept 2011.
