Who is it for?

The LPSLBA is for anyone working in the field of behaviour and attendance. The course is not specifically for teachers or those in a position of responsibility within the school setting; successful NPSLBA participants have included senior leaders, teachers, teaching assistants, learning mentors, as well as Local Authority staff such as Behaviour Support teams and EWOs. The programme is sufficiently flexible to meet the needs of all participants, and will develop leadership skills within a broad range of roles and contexts.
