Whole School behaviour reviews

Behaviour continues to remain a government priority.  Under the existing and forthcoming OFSTED framework, behaviour is and will continue to be a area of high scrutiny and focus.
 
Behaviour Works offers schools an opportunity for an independent evaluation of their work to promote positive behaviour through our one day behaviour reviews. Schools have found behaviour reviews a useful self evaluation tool which can feed into their plans to improve behaviour and secure a good or outstanding judgement at their next inspection. 

The offer:-
  
2 Behaviour Works consultants will spend a day in your school reviewing behaviour - this will include scrutiny of data, lesson observations, observations of lunch / break time and running a focus group of young people. At the end of the day we will report to you with a grade for behaviour, based on the OFSTED citeria, and ideas for development. We will produce a short written report with key pointers for improvement.

We have experience in carrying out these reviews in a variety of schools and can provide you with an example of a behaviour review report. 

The cost for a behaviour review which includes liason with you, preparing a programme for the day, a full day in school for 2 of our consultants and a short written report is £1000.
